Antonio has been an active photographer for more than three decades. An artist, coach and teacher, he has developed a unique educational philosophy centred on the Creative Process and the Transformational Learning Experience. He taught Photography and Digital Imaging at The School of Media of LCC (The University of The Arts London) for more than ten years and for Ilford Film throughout England. Luciana FranzolinLSP Director of Training
Luciana has been part of the LSP team since 2007. Born in Brazil, she started her career in photography as a darkroom technician in 1996. Finishing a Journalism BA in 2000 and Photography Post Graduation in 2001, she has worked for newspapers and as a freelance photographer moving to London in 2003. Very passionate about life, people and communication, she has worked in a wide range of environments and assignments and completed her MA in Photojournalism at the University of Westminster, London, in 2009. her final project was a photo documentary called Senses, abou deaf-blind people living in the UK. Giovanni BarsantiLSP Senior Trainer - Professional Photographer
Giovanni has a genuine passion for photography, styling and creativity as well as concept creation for fashion and still life photography. Since he moved to London, he started to work as the backstage photographer for the AOFM, (Academy of Freelance Makeup Artists) and for other major agencies as First Photographer. Gio (That's how we like to call him) has been part of the LSP Team for more than eight years, covering positions like Studio Manager and Trainer for all our courses & workshops. From 2016 to 2018 he has covered the position of Director of Training. Mark YorkLSP Trainer - Professional Photographer
Mark has been shooting professionally since the mid 1990s. Born in London, his portfolio includes fashion/beauty, interiors, portrait, and travel work. He began his career by assisting several leading advertising photographers in the UK, which served to be his apprenticeship. He then graduated to photographing actors and models portfolio pictures, which eventually led to regular editorial and corporate assignments in Europe and the US. The diversity in his subject matter has led to him being commissioned by a wide range of clients including Conde Nast's 'AD', The London Evening Standard, L'Oreal, Nike, and The Sunday Times' Style Magazine. Mark is also the recipient of an Association of Photographers 'Merit' award for his fine art print of 'The Card Players', which was exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery in London, and at the prestigious Noorderlicht Photography Festival in The Netherlands. Marian AlonsoLSP Trainer - Professional Photographer
Marian Alonso is a Spanish-Catalan photographer and lens-based visual artist who has spent many years living in the creative hub of East London and has over fifteen years of experience in the photography field. Her commercial work is mostly specialized in the areas of portraiture, reportage, fashion and beauty with some of her regular clients being well-known UK brands such as Charles Worthington Salons, Nubian Skin and Royal Central School of Speech & Drama. As part of her freelance practice, she heads the photography department of busy photography and video studio in the heart of West London. Human visage is central in her personal work, conveying meaning and emotion through slights of body language and expression. Alex AmoròsLSP Trainer - Professional Photographer
Alex Amorós is a Photographer, Director & Musician based in London, UK. Born in Alicante, Spain. Alex studied Photography at Blank Paper Collective and School in Madrid. Since moving to London. Alex has worked on different photographic projects, mainly within social documentary and music. He is the co-founder and In-House photographer of Paper Dress Studios specializing in Music Photography located in Hackney Central. With an eye for storytelling, Alex has released a number of Photobooks and Fanzines, including the sold out debut, ‘Londoners’, 40 Music Venues and London Football Fans are now a part of the Martin Parr Foundation, The Photobook Cafe & The Photographers Gallery, London. Robert MasonLSP Trainer - Professional Photographer
Robert completed a BA In Contemporary Photography at Newcastle, then moved to London and quickly became involved in fashion photography, working as photo-assistant, alongside travelling around Europe and South-East Asia culminating in a photo-show in East London. In 2008 he began shooting portraits of artists and bands. His work includes portraiture and fashion with clients such as Omer Asim, Disney, Karen Millen and Acme Artist Studios. Derek LomasLSP Trainer - Professional Photographer
Derek Lomas is a Still life and Portrait Photographer.After graduating from kent University he became a freelance Assistant to Photographers in London and then went on to set up his own studio .Derek brings a wealth of studio based knowledge to the LSP and continues to work for Clients such as L'oreal, Lancome, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.
